Return & Refund Policy


Change your mind about your purchase? Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not pay for shipping of items returned due to customer change of mind, nor do we refund the original shipping costs.

  • Returns and exchanges are only valid for purchases made through our official online shop.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • No refund or exchange if you send your purchase back to the manufacturer
  • *Colour appearance on digital displays
  • Keep in mind that the colours you see on your screen are an approximation and we can’t guarantee that the shade will be exactly the same you receive. This is due to variations in computer screens.

Refunds on Returned Products

Once you have shipped your return item to our warehouse, inform us via email so we keep track of the return. Once we can confirm that it has been received and inspected, we will notify you. We will also inform you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to a week for the refund to appear. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after a week you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank account or credit card company first to ensure the delay is not on their part. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges and Defective Products

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please return the items according to the return policy, or send us an email at


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

A trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance are recommended. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
